I had a destination wedding in Jamaica this past May. I was referred to Carmen Colicchio From Suntastic Honeymoons and vacations by a friend who had been working with her as well on her destination wedding.

Carmen is a great person to work with, I always sent her a bunch of emails with many questions and she always emailed me back quickly with all of the answers or she contacted someone from Jamaica for me who would be able to answer my questions.

She always let me know the next step and deadlines and updated me with who of my guests booked etc. She worked with all of my guests answering their questions and setting up their hotel stay, all of my guests let me know that it was an easy trip to plan with her help.

The wedding was more than my husband and I ever could have imagined! It was a vacation and a wedding for my family and us and we couldn’t have done it without the help of Carmen at Suntastic Honeymoons and Vacations.

She even offered to help with planning our honeymoon with transportations and all. She is very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have known the first thing about setting up a destination wedding without her!

Carmen was my travel agent for my destination wedding. She helped in choosing a resort for my destination wedding. I gave her a budget in what I wanted my guests to spend and we worked together in narrowing done places within that budget. Once we picked a resort, we picked a date, and saved rooms for guests. She sent out e-mails to our guests and sent out travel packets prior to wedding date. She saved me a lot of stress because my wedding guests would book the rooms through her and asked her all the questions about the resort. Imagine planning a wedding and also being your wedding guest’s travel agent? No thank you!

With Carmen she was the go to person with travel arrangements from hotel stay to hotel transfer. She was very well organized and thorough! Which is exactly what you need when traveling.

A friend of mine had a destination wedding and also had a travel agent but her travel agent wasn’t nearly as organized as Carmen and didn’t seem to be sure about all the information. Long story short, some people showed up to the resort only to find out that their names weren’t even in the reservations so other guests had to find someplace else to stay!! HORROR! not something you want your guests to deal with during your wedding week, especially since they came all this way. Glad I did not have this experience but that is because we booked our group with Suntastic so we were in good hands. Thank you Carmen, it was a great experience.

It was really amazing! Weather couldn’t have been nicer, especially on our wedding day =)
Gilberto (wedding coordinator at the Sensatori) was phenomenal! He loved all my details and was very thankful I was so organized (I handed him a 15 page spreadsheet with directions and inspiration pictures, LOL).  He put it all together just as i asked, even better! My photographer was amazed how he pulled off so many little details; she said any other resort would probably have difficulty pulling it off.  Flowers were beautiful =) staff was more than helpful and accommodating. All in all it was more than what I hoped for.

Thanks for all your help and your patience with my large group. Everyone enjoyed working with you and had a great trip!
